| Fragrant Cloud
Voted the World's
Favorite Rose in 1981, Fragrant Cloud rose also received James
Alexander Gamble Rose Fragrance Award in 1970.With very large,
full flowers, borne mostly solitary, or in small clusters, this
rose is prolific, and blooms in flushes throughout the season.
The flowers have an intoxicating, spicy
aroma, and make excellent cut flowers for vases and
arrangements. The flower color is an unusual coral-red to orange
in color, and is especially clear, without fading like many
other roses do. The bush never seems to be without flowers
and the leaves are large, rich and glossy with a dark green
color. This rose is excellent for growing in flowerbeds and
borders.
